Sometimes at first glance I don’t get how a page layout got its design completely on the mark …  All I see is that it is right on.  The layout has the right colors, letters, photos and balance to their page.  It usually takes me a little time to study the page to realize what worked .. 

I love sharing scrapbooking paper layouts that I create or that are found on the web.  Since they inspire me so much, I thought I would share my comments with all of you.  

The layout below caught my attention.  It uses “shabby chic” paper (paper is available at our online store … link is below).  This is a scrapbook paper that I would never have thought to use for a beach layout but it really, really works.  Using this paper gives the overall layout an actual feel of a beach.  This layout also has the perfect color choices, words and die cuts to complete this feeling.

By using the little pieces of scraps for the fence completes the feeling.  Using wire and strips of paper for a fence is easy to do.   This ends up to be a perfect layout for any day at the beach photos … don’t you agree.  Please share your comments with me.
